More Than Just a Gym

I started working with Adrian as my dedicated PT (personal trainer) because of a discernible sustained loss of strength in my legs. The incremental, depressing reduction in functional fitness and muscle mass in my legs were alarming. Once I learned what Adrian currently does — this is his second career — I asked him, pointedly and over several weeks, how he might be able to help me decelerate my physical slide and, hopefully, help me regain strength, mobility and vitality.
